What I did
Led it from choosing the stack through implementation, delivering one app that runs on both iOS and Android.
Wrote up the development documentation and handed it over to the students who came after me.
Choices I made
Chose React Native and wrote natively only the parts that had to be.
Made the board's hierarchy freely definable.
Automated a Slack notification of the store metrics, to make reporting to the prefecture less work.
