What I did
Ran BI tool training on building dashboards in Grafana.
Ran Python training on the basics of shaping and visualising data.
Taught the new-graduate session on using data (April 2024), covering the integrated database, the time series and visualisation in BI tools.
Presented case studies at the IT internship three years running, walking through requirements, database and screen design, implementation and testing using projects I had actually done.
Choices I made
Asked each department what was slowing them down, and used that work as the material.
Built the curriculum around being able to picture how it applies to your own job.
