Technical exchange with overseas group companies
I visited group companies in Thailand and the United States to exchange work on DX and data, and presented our own data platform in English.

What I did
Visited the group company in Thailand for a technical exchange (February 2023). Surveyed what they were already doing — price and sales forecasting with deep learning, defect detection from product images, predictive maintenance, cutting-length optimisation — and reported back on it, down to how each department drives its own IT and DX.
Presented our own picture of data collection, visualisation and use to them, in English (May 2023).
Travelled to two group companies in the United States for training (June 2024). Toured electric-furnace section steel production, sat their in-house course, and reported on what our department and I could each do toward the company's medium-term goals.
