What changed: Requests received in Slack copied by hand into a spreadsheet → Intake form through list registration and assignee notification, all automatic

What I did

Proposed and implemented the automated task flow, removing both the missed entries and the copying work.
Kept improving it in operation: revisiting what the form asks for, setting rules for priority.

Choices I made

Chained intake through the form, forwarding into Google Chat and Slack, and registration into a Slack list.
Automated the mention to the assignee so nothing sits unnoticed.

Related traits

I do not stop at what the tool allows
When Grafana or WebPerformer could not do what was needed, I wrote the plugin or the surrounding tooling myself. When the open-source catalog we depend on, tbls, fell short, I filed the issue and the pull request. I read the documentation and the source, and I keep digging until I find the route that actually serves the goal — and where the result is worth sharing, I share it.
